Job summary

Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Radiographer to specialise in CT and MRI, based at Queen Alexandra Hospital on the south coast of England.

The department features state‑of‑the‑art CT and MRI technology, with six CT scanners and three MRI scanners, and staff rotate between modalities.

We operate a 12‑hour shift system, including night duties and on‑call rotas, in a supportive, collaborative team committed to excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Band 6 Radiographers with keen interest to specialise in CT and MRI.

Responsibilities

• Vacancy for a Band 6 Radiographer to specialise in CT and MRI.
• Work with state-of-the-art CT and MRI technology and rotate through both modalities.
• Support the addition of a new MRI unit.
• 12-hour shift system over 7 days with night shift and on-call rotas.
