HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the county-wide Learning Disability Service. You will assess and support adults with complex needs, working within a multidisciplinary team across Wiltshire, with hybrid working and flexible base locations such as Marlborough, Chippenham, Warminster or Salisbury.

The role offers NHS Band 6 AfC terms, with the opportunity for professional development and supervision, and a strong focus on improving health and independence

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience in learning disability, mental health, community or related services.
• Experience supervising junior staff and delegating tasks.
• Ability to contribute to audit, quality improvement and service development.

Responsabilités

• Be professionally accountable for a caseload of adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Undertake specialist OT assessments, interventions and reviews.
• Function as a key member of the county-wide multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate, supervise and support junior staff within the service.
• Support the Clinical Lead with service planning and delivery.
• Contribute to clinical governance and quality assurance activities.
