Key features include:

  1. A focus on student needs rather than diagnosis, with thorough triage and formulation assessments.

  3. Flexible access options: face-to-face, telephone, video, and online services.
  4. Comprehensive care coordination, including assessment, case management, self-management support, and liaison with university services.
Main duties of the job
  • Providing specialist psychological assessments and therapy to students with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
  • Offering advice and consultation on psychological care to colleagues and external agencies.
  • Working autonomously within professional guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Utilizing research skills for audit, policy, service development, and research activities.
