Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience of working in a school.
• Has worked with SEND pupils; particularly those with complex learning needs.
• Ability to improvise and adapt at short notice.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.

• Support pupils in a rich, varied curriculum including off-site vocational experiences and outdoor activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Assist class teachers with planning, preparation and assessment.
