Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd in Kidderminster is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support students with autism, SEMH, dyslexia and anxiety-related barriers to learning. You’ll work in a supportive, small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate special needs teaching assistant in Kidderminster to join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.

You’ll work in a supportive, small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom

Skills & Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required to drive through school.
