Teaching Personnel in Sherborne requires an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support learners with additional needs from the start of the academic year. A rewarding opportunity has become available for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational provision in Sherborne on a full-time permanent basis from September 2026.

This role is ideally suited to somebody who thrives in a nurturing environment, understands the complexities of additional needs and is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential.

We are seeking an individual with proven SEN experience who can confidently begin supporting learners from the very start of the academic year.

You will become an important part of a dedicated team focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for pupils with a variety of educational and developmental needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
