Job summary

You will help deliver individual learning plans and assist teachers in creating inclusive, engaging activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with complex needs.
• Supporting pupils with their individual learning and development programmes.
• Working alongside teachers to plan, deliver, and adapt activities to meet diverse needs.
• Supporting pupils with communication, social development, and behaviour management strategies.
• Developing positive relationships to promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
• Contributing to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
• Collaborating with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety policies to maintain a safe learning environment.
