Job summary

Aspire People is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across specialist SEND schools in the United Kingdom. You’ll work with children with needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs, with some roles involving personal care and medical needs.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications, or transferable care experience. A patient, caring approach and comfort with personal care are essential; many placements

Qualifications

Level 3 TA or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or transferable care experience.
Experience supporting individuals with additional needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs across specialist SEND schools.
Some roles involve personal care, medical needs and physical support; candidates must be comfortable with this aspect.
Provide a patient, caring and adaptable approach to daily activities and learning.
