Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting for Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistants across Staffordshire to support pupils within specialist education settings.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 TA qualification (or Level 3 Health & Social Care), with experience supporting children or young people, and a genuine interest in SEND. A calm, patient, and consistent approach, plus confidence in 1:1 and small-group support, is essential.

Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant or have a background in Health & Social Care? Aspire People are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants across Staffordshire to support pupils within specialist education settings.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real difference to young people who may require additional support throughout the school day. You could be supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, complex learning difficulties, SEMH and challenging behaviour.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 3 Health & Social Care
