Job summary

Career Teachers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Ealing. The role focuses on helping children and young people with SEN reach their full potential both academically and personally.

You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, work with teachers to deliver inclusive lessons, and help implement IEPs and behaviour strategies in a nurturing environment. Training may be provided where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs.

• Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
• Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents where appropriate.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development.

Location: Ealing Hours: 830am to 330pm depending on lunch can be 4pm Salary: 95 to 110 per day

About You

• The successful candidate will:
