Job summary

Moray Council seeks a supportive Learning Support Assistant to assist pupils with additional support needs at Glenlivet Primary School. The role focuses on enabling learning, personal care, and contributing to a safe, hygienic environment.

You will work 5 hours per week during term time, with a PVG scheme update required before a formal offer. The post is temporary until 15 August 2027, working on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children & young people in a caring environment.
• Educated to standard level or equivalent with basic English/arithmetic.
• Respect for confidentiality and sound judgement.
• Ability to use initiative and communicate at all levels.
• Commitment to safeguarding and personal care tasks.
