Job summary

Manor School, part of The Rise Partnership Trust, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant special school across Brent's three sites. You will support pupils with complex communication and sensory needs, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences across Manor School, Kensal Rise, Neasden, and Kilburn sites.

Experience with autism or similar needs is advantageous. A DBS check and references are required; safeguarding is a priority.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND preferred
• Positive, energetic and creative approach to learning
• Ability to work in partnership with class teacher

Responsibilities

• Support children with complex communication, behaviour and sensory processing needs
• Assist in delivery of learning activities across three sites
• Contribute to a calm, purposeful learning environment and manage behaviour positively
