Experience with SEND and in a specialist setting is desirable. DBS checks and references will be required. You will collaborate with class teachers and contribute to a calm, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND is preferred.
• Experience in a specialist setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in partnership with the class teacher.
• Experience in positively managing behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Support children with complex communication, behaviour and sensory needs.
• Assist across Manor sites as required.
• Support safeguarding and pupil welfare as part of the school team.
