Job summary

Reynalds Cross School in Solihull is seeking classroom/personal support assistants to join our teams at Reynalds Cross and the Green Lane Satellite site in Shirley. You will support pupils with learning difficulties during teaching and free time, following personal pupil care plans and assisting with personal care where needed.

The role requires empathy, patience and initiative, a good level of physical fitness, and an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school or special school is helpful but not essential.
• Willingness to carry out personal care and hygiene tasks.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
