Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Enfield is seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Autism and learning difficulties in a secondary setting. The role is full-time and on-site, with opportunities to work with groups or one-to-one, adapting to different ages and needs.

No prior experience is required as the school offers ongoing training. A valid DBS registered with the update service (or willingness to apply) is preferred, and the post requires five days per week availability;

Qualifications

• Experience with pupils with complex needs is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• DBS certificate or willingness to apply for a new DBS is required.
• Available five days a week.

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to work with pupils with Learning Difficulties in Enfield. We are seeking Teaching Assistant's with a background of supporting children or adults with Complex Needs, Autism or Learning Difficulties.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a caring and empathetic nature towards the pupils but also remain resilitant and patient under difficult scenarios. The school would like positive and versatile SEN Teaching Assistants, with a keen interest in supporting pupils of different learning levels.

No experience is required to apply as school offer lots on ongoing training to all staff
