Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher – Full-Time – September 2025 Start
Secondary School | KS3 & KS4 | Suitable for ECTs

Are you a passionate teacher who thrives on making a real difference in young people’s lives? Do you have experience supporting pupils with additional needs and want to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking school setting?

Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Hampshire from September 2025. This full-time position offers the chance to be part of an exceptional learning support department where inclusive education and high achievement go hand in hand.

The Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to work closely with pupils who have a range of learning needs, including neurodiverse profiles. You will deliver tailored teaching to help remove barriers to learning, supporting students with literacy, numeracy, and broader transferable skills, helping them to thrive within the mainstream classroom environment.

The school has an established reputation for excellence in SEN provision, with student outcomes consistently above the national average. Their innovative support model—underpinned by a dedicated Elevate programme—ensures meaningful intervention and progression.
