Milk Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a Specialist SEND Secondary School in Ashington, starting September on a long- or short-term basis. The role offers temp-to-perm opportunities within a supportive, skilled team dedicated to autism, SEMH, and other learning needs.
You will support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, adapting activities to meet individual SEND needs while promoting a calm, inclusive learning environment and positive behaviour strategies.

You’ll be joining a supportive, specialist setting dedicated to helping young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties and communication needs.
