Job summary

Milk Education is partnering with a specialist SEN school in Staines-upon-Thames to recruit a compassionate SEN Teacher from October 2026. You will plan engaging lessons, tailor approaches to diverse needs, and collaborate with Therapists and SENCOs to support holistic pupil development. The role emphasizes nurturing wellbeing and inclusive classrooms, with strong emphasis on teamwork and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, either in a specialist or mainstream setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
