Wrightfield Limited, Eye (Suffolk), is seeking a Spares Sales Coordinator to manage spare parts enquiries, quotations and orders. The role collaborates with engineering, operations and sales teams to support customers with parts and services.

Office-based, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with 40 hours per week. Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, death-in-service, and free on-site parking. Salary is circa £30k+, dependent on experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar sales, spares, or engineering support role, ideally within manufacturing.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and email.
• Experience with MRP systems (Progress Plus knowledge would be an advantage).
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Managing customer enquiries and building strong relationships.
• Preparing quotations, following up enquiries and processing sales orders.
• Liaising with suppliers to source quality components at competitive prices.
• Coordinating spare parts orders through to dispatch.
• Preparing recommended critical spares lists for customer projects.
• Identifying opportunities to develop spare parts sales.
• Maintaining accurate records using our MRP system.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (40 hours per week)

We're looking for an organised and proactive Spares Sales Coordinator to join our team at Wrightfield.

With over 30 years' experience designing, manufacturing, and installing conveyor systems for the food processing industry, we provide customers with ongoing support, servicing, and replacement parts to keep their equipment running efficiently.

This is a varied, customer-centric role, working closely with our engineering, operations, and sales teams to manage spare parts enquiries, quotations, and orders.
