Job summary

Linde Material Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, is seeking a Spare Parts Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and distribution of parts to support excellent customer service and business performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse, logistics or spare parts operation.
• Strong people management experience.
• Solid understanding of inventory control processes.
• Experience using SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage spare parts warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and distribution.
• Drive safety, quality and continuous improvement across the operation.
• Develop high-performing teams and embed best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective change management across processes and systems.
• Use data and performance metrics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
