Job summary

James Hall stores are seeking a Part Time Supervisor to support daily operations across two shifts (26 and 20 hours per week). You will lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming environment for colleagues and shoppers.

In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, you will take responsibility for running the store, maintain standards, health and safety, and food hygiene, and drive smooth audits and documentation.
