James-Hall- is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy retail store. You’ll take ownership when the Store Manager is away, lead by example, support staff, and ensure high standards of customer service.

The role focuses on people and performance, stock handling, cash management, and store administration, with a 39-hour week and a permanent contract. Ideal candidates will have supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and a focus on targets while maintaining health and safety standards.
