Overview

A welcoming and inclusive co-educational secondary school near West Malling is seeking a Spanish Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (1 day per week). The role will focus on delivering engaging lessons to GCSE students, with the ability to teach up to A-level being highly desirable.

Spanish Teacher responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Spanish lessons to GCSE students (A-level teaching desirable)
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student progress
• Motivate and inspire learners to develop their language skills and cultural awareness
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school’s vision and values

Spanish Teacher requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (or equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience teaching Spanish to at least GCSE level (A-level experience preferable)
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
• A commitment to fostering student achievement and confidence
