Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Spanish-speaking Enterprise Strategic Product Consultant, Cost Management to join our Professional Services team in London or Dublin. You will advise enterprise clients on transforming cost management, project controls, and safety processes using Procore.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial, project management, quality or safety roles in construction, fluent Spanish and English, and a track record of delivering complex implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial, project management, quality or safety roles within construction.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in commercial/quantity surveying, project controls or risk management.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver complex implementations.
• Knowledge of cost control, governance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients post-sale, transforming cost management and related processes using Procore.
• Develop client business processes aligned with Procore SOPs through training and consultation.
• Lead workshops and webinars on best practices in financial control, project delivery and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, CSMs, product and engineering to deliver implementations.
• Engage executives and stakeholders across architecture, engineering, construction and operations.
• Ensure high level of service and clear communication to clients.
• Onboard, train and mentor team members, promoting a positive team culture.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites, events and other Procore offices.
