Job summary
Procore UK Ltd. is seeking a Cost Management Specialist to join our Solutions Engineering team in London.
You will support enterprise sales and customers evaluating Procore's cost management solutions, advising on use cases and requirements, and communicating with product teams on market needs. You will work with the wider solutions engineering team to enable value propositions and solutions for cost management, drawing on construction industry experience to drive efficiency and better
Qualifications
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 8+ years in construction roles (QS, Cost Consultant, PQS, Commercial Manager).
- Experience with cost management software and financial workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to forecast and manage pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for the market segment with Sales and Success teams.
- Review and prioritize new logo and cross-sell opportunities.
- Validate opportunities with Account Managers and SEs.
- Collaborate with Engineers to drive product adoption and reduce churn.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover needs.
- Stay current with product readiness and competitive positioning.
- Provide accurate product booking forecasts for planning.
