Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Spanish-speaking Enterprise Strategic Product Consultant for Cost Management to join the Professional Services team in London or Dublin.

You will guide enterprise customers through strategic implementations of Procore's Project Execution solutions, melding industry best practices with product knowledge to drive cost control and project success. You will lead engagements with executive sponsors, design future-state processes, and deliver thought leadership

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• 5+ years in financial, project management, quality, or safety roles in construction
• Experience in Commercial/Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, PM, or Quality/Safety Manager roles
• Proven proficiency across project financials, workflows, and quality/safety processes
• Strong understanding of cost control and project governance standards
• Experience conducting client discovery and delivering onsite consultations

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical and business advisor post-sale to transform client operations using the Procore platform
• Develop client business processes with Delivery Project Managers to align with Procore SOPs
• Leverage industry best practices across cost management, controls, quality and safety
• Create workshops and webinars to articulate best practices and Procore's market leadership
• Apply knowledge of construction operations to improve client processes across the client's organisation
• Provide exceptional service and education to clients through clear communication
• Mentor and onboard team members to foster a positive culture
• Travel up to 50% to client sites and events
