Job summary

Ant Marketing in Sheffield city centre is seeking a confident Spanish-speaking Appointment Setter to join our office-based team. You will speak with customers by phone, present services and book suitable appointments while hitting personal and team targets.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, a strong telephone manner, and excellent communication skills. Full flexibility is expected, with hours Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

Location: Sheffield City Centre
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Working pattern: Office-based
Hours: Full flexibility required Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm

We are looking for confident and motivated Spanish speakers to join our team as B2C Appointment Setters.

In this role, you will speak with customers over the telephone, introduce the services available and arrange suitable appointments. You will need excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the confidence to engage with a wide range of people.

• Previous telephone-based sales or appointment-setting experience would be advantageous

This is a fully office-based position at our Sheffield city-centre office.
