Job summary

Corriculo Ltd has an immediate opening for a Composites Technician on a 3-6 month contract at Harwell. You will lead hands-on production of carbon fibre, glass fibre and aramid components from layup through cure and finishing, and you will also manufacture tooling, moulds and patterns using epoxy and foam.

You will contribute to assembling research and space flight hardware, draft and refine Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, support facility management, and participate in supplier and customer

Qualifications

• Solid practical experience in composites manufacturing, covering layup, resin impregnation, and curing.
• Confident reading detailed engineering drawings, understanding tolerances, surface finishes and material specs.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Produce carbon fibre, glass fibre and aramid components from layup through cure and finishing.
• Manufacture tooling, moulds and patterns using epoxy and foam.
• Draft and refine Manufacturing Assembly Procedures and support supplier/customer reviews.
