Job summary

Bannatyne Group in Luton is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team and deliver unforgettable spa experiences. This 24 hours-per-week role offers a competitive rate of £13.00 per hour and the chance to work in a luxurious wellness setting.

Responsibilities include massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, plus building client relationships, promoting services and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Opportunities for training and progression are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• Ability to establish rapport, build trust and credibility.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Elemis products is desirable.
• Opportunity to progress with L3 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
• Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
• Ensuring the proper use of spa equipment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
• Assist in promoting spa services, special offers and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.
• Adhering to all company health and safety guidelines.
