Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to guests' needs.
• Provide high-quality service to ensure a relaxing guest experience.
• Ensure proper use of spa equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Promote spa services and products based on consultations.
• Stay informed about industry trends to enhance skills.
• Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.
