Bannatyne Group is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our Humberston team. You will deliver a range of spa treatments—massages, facials, manicures, pedicures—tailored to each guest’s needs, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

A passion for health and wellness, plus strong customer care, is essential. The role supports flexible hours across the week with a view to developing professional skills and possibly pursuing further beauty qualifications.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer focused.
• Desire to work in wellness and spa hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments (massages, facials, manicures, pedicures) tailored to guests.
• Provide high-quality service for a relaxing guest experience.
• Ensure proper use of spa equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Build relationships to encourage return visits and referrals.
• Promote spa services and products based on guest consultations.
• Stay informed about latest spa trends to enhance skills.
• Adhere to company health and safety guidelines.
