Sofitel Heathrow, part of the Arora Group, is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver high quality treatments in a serene, luxury 5-star setting near Terminal 5. You will provide professional massages, maintain pristine treatment rooms, and ensure guest wellbeing.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,870 plus Tronc, 28 days holiday (increasing with service), meals on duty, uniforms, and extensive staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Recognised beauty qualification, level 3 or equivalent.
• Massage qualification is mandatory.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel spa is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Offering high quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment.
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock the treatment room.
• Exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests.
• Promote spa products and services with complete knowledge and understanding.
• Cover reception shifts when required.
