Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver a full range of luxury spa treatments at Studley Castle. You will contribute to a 5-star guest experience, using Temple Spa and Mii products, with full training provided.

The role offers an hourly rate up to £13.21, with potential staff benefits, staff accommodation, and access to spa facilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year spa industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong skincare product knowledge and ability to advise guests.
• Full training provided for Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of professional spa treatments to a high standard.
• Ensure guests receive a luxurious, 5-star spa experience.
• Assist with reception cover and general spa duties as needed.

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What We Are Looking For In a Spa Therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications* (Preferred but not essential)
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii. (Preferred but not essential)

• Please note the hourly rate is based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail and incentive schemes involve a target which must be achieved. Full details will be provided at the interview.
