Job summary

Warner Hotels in Bembridge on the Isle of Wight is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. You will perform a range of spa treatments and provide expert skincare guidance while delivering a five‑star guest experience.

Training is provided for Temple Spa, Mii makeup, and related products. The role offers an engaging work environment with career development opportunities and staff discounts, along with access to wellness facilities and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications required.
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications preferred.
• Massage/Hot Stone qualifications are optional but advantageous.
• Holistic therapies such as Reflexology or Reiki are desirable.
• Experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, or Mii products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard spa treatments to guests.
• Deliver a 5-star spa experience with guest focus.
• Support the Spa & Leisure team with ad-hoc duties including reception cover and cleaning.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications* (Preferred but not essential)
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii. (Preferred but not essential)
