Job summary

Warner Hotels Bembridge Coast on the Isle of Wight is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a full range of professional spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring guests feel relaxed and pampered.

You will join our luxury Spa and Leisure team and help create a 5-star guest experience with expert skincare advice and quality service. Training, incentives, and staff benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualification is required.
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualification preferred but not essential.
• Massage/Hot Stone qualifications are advantageous.
• Holistic therapies such as reflexology or Reiki are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of professional spa treatments to high standards.
• Ensure guests leave feeling relaxed and pampered.
• Support reception and other ad-hoc duties as required.

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications* (Preferred but not essential)
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii. (Preferred but not essential)

* Please note the hourly rate is based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail and incentive schemes involve a target which must be achieved. Full details will be provided at the interview.
