Job summary

Warner Hotels Spa is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver luxurious treatments to guests, ensuring relaxation and pampering to the highest standards. You will be part of a team delivering a 5-star spa experience with a focus on guest needs and product knowledge.

You will also promote Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops while providing friendly reception cover and spa floor support as needed, contributing to a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• 1 year spa experience preferred
• Passion for delivering a high-end spa guest experience
• Ability to advise on skincare and body products

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications* (Preferred but not essential)
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii. (Preferred but not essential)

* Please note the hourly rate is based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail and incentive schemes involve a target which must be achieved. Full details will be provided at the interview.
