Job summary

Seaham Hall in County Durham is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our luxury team. You will deliver 5* treatments and personalised recommendations, ensuring exceptional guest care while working within a large, fast-paced team.

NVQ level 3 or equivalent is required. The role offers flexible hours (0–40 per week), with shifts from 10am to 8pm, weekends and bank holidays. A £13.75/hour base plus service charge and product retail incentives await the successful candidate.

Job description

Role: Spa Therapist

Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: £13.75 per hour plus share of service charge (approx. £2k per annum for full time employees) and retail commission structure

Hours: 0 - 40 hours (full-time or part-time available), shift pattern will include a variety of shifts between 10am – 8pm including weekends & bank holidays.

Relationships: Reports to General Manager, Spa Manager, Treatment Manager & Spa supervisor

We are looking to expand our team and are searching for Spa Therapists who are qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, As a Spa Therapist you are responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer care and attention to all guests and delivering 5* treatments and recommendation’s to every client, whilst working together in a large team in a fast paced environment.
