Job summary

Seaham Hall is seeking a Spa Night Housekeeper to maintain the Serenity Spa to 5-star standards. The role involves overnight cleaning, preparing spa areas for the next day, and supporting the housekeeping team.

The position is 40 hours per week over four days, 9pm–7:30am, with weekends and bank holidays. Applicants should have previous housekeeping experience, strong customer service, attention to detail, and must have transport for shift times.

Salary: £27,476.80 per year + approx. £2,000 annual service charge

We’re looking for a Spa Night Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness within our Serenity Spa. This role is key to ensuring the spa is perfectly prepared for guests each morning.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain 5-star cleaning standards throughout the Serenity Spa

• Work independently overnight to prepare all spa areas for the next day

• Support the Housekeeping team and communicate effectively with management

• Represent Seaham Hall with professionalism and excellent presentation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience (essential)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional, well-presented, and reliable
