Job summary

Hastings Hotels Group is seeking a reliable Spa Therapist to join the Culloden Estate & Spa team in Northern Ireland. This part-time role offers four days per week (28 hours, Friday to Monday) with a focus on delivering luxurious spa treatments to our guests.

Under the Spa Manager, you will maintain treatment room standards, ensure guest comfort, and work closely with colleagues to uphold Hastings Hotels' high 5-star service.

Qualifications

• Deliver spa treatments to required standards while maintaining the dignity of guests.
• Provide the highest standard of service to meet 5-star hotel expectations.
• Maintain equipment and materials and report any issues.
• Maintain presentation of treatment and prep rooms to Hastings standards.
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a respectful, harmonious environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out spa treatments for guests and maximise profit contribution.
• Deliver treatments to required standards while maintaining guest comfort and dignity.
• Ensure equipment and materials are used correctly and report problems immediately.
• Maintain clean, presentable treatment rooms and prep areas.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a harmonious work environment and highservice levels.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

About The Role

To be responsible for carrying out Spa treatments for the greatest enjoyment of guests and maximum profit contribution to the hotel.

• To deliver treatments to required standards, maintaining the dignity of guests at all times.
• To provide the highest standard of service to guests, ensuring the expectations of a 5-star Hotel are met.
• To ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
• To maintain the presentation of the treatment and preparation rooms in accordance with Hastings standards.
• To work effectively with colleagues to ensure harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
• To maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
• To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• To ensure that guest concerns, complaints and difficulties are dealt with courteously and efficiently, reporting them to the Supervisor/Manager on duty.
• Any other duties as required by management.
