Job summary

The Relais Cooden Beach- Wellness is expanding its Spa team and seeking warm, professional Spa Therapists to deliver memorable guest experiences. This role offers part-time and casual opportunities, with a range of benefits including service charge, retail commission, training, and a pro rata annual leave allowance.

Ideal candidates hold a recognised Level 3 Beauty or Massage Therapy qualification, with a passion for wellness, guest care, and teamwork.

Designed as a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, our spa features a vitality pool and three luxurious treatment rooms, offering guests a tranquil escape to unwind, recharge, and indulge in exceptional treatments.

The Role

We are looking for warm, professional, and passionate Spa Therapists to deliver outstanding spa experiences to our guests. What We’re Looking For

• A recognised Beauty or Massage Therapy qualification (minimum Level 3)
• A genuine passion for wellness and guest care
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
• Previous spa experience is preferred, ideally within a luxury environment, but not essential
