Job summary

Loughview Leisure Group invites you to join its luxury spa team at Templepatrick. As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of facial and body treatments, ensuring guests enjoy an indulgent and memorable spa journey.

You will work with a collaborative team, maintain impeccable grooming, and uphold high standards of health and safety while supporting spa sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 2, 3 or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexible and available for evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with luxurious spa journeys and personalised treatments.

What we are looking for:

• A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
• A minimum of one year's previous experience within the beauty or spa industry.

• Impeccable grooming standards.
• Adaptability to diverse guest needs and spa operations.
• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

About The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in creating an unrivalled experience for our members, hotel guests and spa visitors. You will be instrumental in making a positive and lasting impression, ensuring every guest journey is transformative.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations, maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional demeanour at all times.
• Curating and delivering exceptional spa journeys, ensuring each guest enjoys a truly memorable and indulgent experience.
• Warmly welcoming and providing comprehensive aftercare to all clients, ensuring a holistic and memorable spa visit.
• Performing a range of luxurious facial and body treatments, massages and beauty services with precision and care.
• Proactively contributing to achieving spa sales targets through expert product recommendations and service enhancements.
• Managing cash and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhering to all departmental policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and professional spa operation.
• Upholding the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene across all spa operations.
• Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Collaborating effectively with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required Criteria

• Confident in building relationships with your clients and recommending products to increase secondary review
