Job summary

The Londoner Spa Retreat is recruiting an Assistant Spa Manager to partner with the Spa Manager in daily spa operations and guest experiences. You will supervise therapists, uphold treatment standards, and drive revenue and guest satisfaction alongside the Spa Manager.

Ideal candidates will have 5-star spa supervisory experience in the UK, hold an NVQ Level 3 or UK equivalents, and demonstrate ownership of tasks with keen attention to detail and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• Current Spa supervisory experience within a 5 Star Spa environment in the UK.
• NVQ Level 3 or verified UK certificates.
• Ability to analyse historical data, forecasts and revenues to meet budgetary goals.
• Demonstrated ownership of tasks and results with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager in the day to day operation of the spa.
• Support and train therapists to maintain treatment standards.
• Achieve spa revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals with the Spa Manager.
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek feedback to improve experience.
