Job summary

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget oversight, staff coaching and the ability to optimise bookings, revenue and costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a luxury spa operation.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with spa booking systems and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and service excellence.
• Drive revenue, profitability and cost control for the spa.
• Coach and develop Front of House and spa teams.
• Oversee spa operations, scheduling and diary management.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are met.
• Deputise for the Spa Director as required.
