Job summary

Champneys Mottram Hall in the United Kingdom is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Manager in running the treatment department, train the team to high standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead by example to ensure service excellence across all spa experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.
• Spa Supervisor experience desired but not essential.
• Good overall standard of education.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.
• With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken at all times.
• You will ensure your team are trained to the highest standard, and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their visit with us and ensure they leave wanting more!
• You will ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times and that your team are supported in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets as set.
