Job summary

Harbour Hotels Brighton is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead our HarSPA team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue through proactive diary management and effective selling.

NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications are required; Temple Spa / Elemis training is advantageous, and you will support the management team across spa and reception duties.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 and 3 are required.
• Experience in spa environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Supervisor with a passion to deliver consistently exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified. TEMPLE SPA, ELEMIS training, and experience would be a distinct advantage. As Spa Supervisor, you will assist the Spa Management team in looking after our spa and leisure guests and help lead and motivate the team to ensure consistency in guest service. You will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, carry out reception duties as well as oversee the business, be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Supervisor, you will also be supporting the management team to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of high quality spa.

This role will suit a Senior Therapist looking to further their career in the beauty industry.
