Job summary

The Old Course Hotel in St Andrews, Scotland, is seeking a Spa Receptionist for the Kohler Waters Spa. You will serve as the focal point for all guest communications, delivering warm, professional service from the moment guests arrive.

This permanent part-time role (32 hours over 4 days) offers access to spa facilities and a range of resort benefits while ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly reception or spa reception.
• Strong time management and punctual attendance for shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests in person, by phone or email.
• Provide outstanding customer service from arrival through departure.
• Schedule appointments via telephone and email; coordinate with Sales and Reservations teams.
• Share knowledge of treatments, facilities and products in the Spa.
• Provide orientation for guests visiting the Spa.
