The Old Course Hotel, part of the Kohler portfolio, seeks a Spa Receptionist for Kohler Waters Spa. You will be the welcoming face, handling bookings and guest inquiries, ensuring a seamless spa experience through excellent service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience – Reception / Spa Reception preferred.
• Good time management including treatment times; excellent attendance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from all backgrounds.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering a first-class welcome.
• Ability to handle difficult guests calmly and reach a positive outcome.
• Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Computer literate and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests in person, by phone or email.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests from entry to departure.
• Schedule all appointments via telephone and email.
• Coordinate with Sales and Reservations teams.
• Share information on treatments, facilities and products.
• Provide an orientation for guests visiting the Spa.
