Job summary

Old Course Hotel in St Andrews is seeking friendly, guest-focused servers to join our award-winning Food and Beverage team at the Road Hole Restaurant. You will take and deliver orders, answer guest queries and help ensure a memorable stay for our visitors.

About the Role

Our award-winning Food and Beverage team are at the hub of our business, we have a multiple exciting opportunities across our various outlets. We are looking for servers to join our3AA Rosette Road Hole Restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Take and deliver accurate orders while ensuring prompt and professional service.
• Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a positive way.
• You’ll maintain the highest standards of service; restaurant setup and presentation throughout the outlet
  Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us memorable in every way

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous server and customer service experience.
• Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual.
• Keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation.
