Job summary

The Headland Cornwall is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet guests at the Aqua Club and Headland Spa, delivering a warm, personalised welcome and ensuring memorable experiences by the coast. You will work across both reception desks, delivering genuine hospitality with a team-focused mindset.

The role requires strong customer service focus, flexibility with shifts (including evenings/weekends), and familiarity with spa/hotel management systems such as Maestro and MS Office.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and a passion for outstanding customer service.
Flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude.
Experience using Microsoft packages and spa/hotel management software such as Maestro.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for guests at the Aqua Club & Headland Spa.
Provide a warm, personalised welcome and deliver genuine hospitality.
Multitask across reception desks in a busy but relaxed coastal environment.
Collaborate with Aqua Club, Spa and hotel teams to uphold excellent guest care.
