Job summary

Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw invites a friendly Spa Receptionist to join our luxurious spa team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and guiding them through treatments, packages, and promotions.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, coordinating with therapists for smooth scheduling, maintaining a tidy reception area, and processing payments for services, retail, and gift certificates. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or reception in spa/hospitality/retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and booking software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with scheduling appointments and inform about treatments, packages, and promotions.
• Handle phone calls and emails with timely information.
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely scheduling of appointments and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, desk, waiting area, and displays.
• Process payments for spa services, retail purchases, and gift certificates with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive at the spa reception area
• Assist guests with scheduling appointments, providing information on available treatments, packages, and promotions, and answering inquiries about spa services
• Handle phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance to guests
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area, including desk, waiting area, and retail displays
• Process payments for spa services, retail purchases, and gift certificates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, hospitality, or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and booking software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa schedules and business needs
